Hi, I’m Alma and I’m a certified professional massage therapist and health educator. I graduated from the National Holistic Institute and have accrued more than 750 hours of education designed to provide relief to people experiencing a wide variety of physical difficulties. I have experience, for example, in therapeutic, pre-natal, deep tissue, and sports massage; shiatsu; and reflexology.
I have worked in the chiropractic business for nearly ten years. I’ve had the experience of working with professional athletes both in- and outside the office, including our very own San Francisco 49ers.
I believe that massage is a great way to get healthy, both physically and mentally. I help educate patients to alleviate, prevent, and relieve conditions such as back pain, headaches, and migraines. I believe that massage helps with circulatory and respiratory problems, arthritis, tendonitis, and other similar debilitating conditions, from simple muscle tightness to more serious strains and sprains.
I enjoy what I do and find it rewarding when patients can feel improvement after a massage.
